Terms & Conditions of service

Studio Vettura PTY LTD

 

By engaging the services of Studio Vettura, including Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coating, Window Tinting, and Detailing, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Scope and Acceptance

  • Acceptance: By scheduling a vehicle assessment, requesting a quote, or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Services: We provide high-quality vehicle protection and enhancement services, delivered from our premises at 3/49 McArthurs Rd, Altona North, VIC 3025.

2. Bookings, Cancellations, and Fees

  • Bookings: All services require a confirmed appointment.

  • Cancellations/Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations, and 6 hours' notice for rescheduling.

  • Late Fee: Failure to provide sufficient notice or a client no-show may incur a $100 technician fee to cover time lost.

3. Client Responsibility

  • Valuables: Clients are solely responsible for removing all personal items and valuables from the vehicle prior to service. Studio Vettura accepts no liability for items left inside the vehicle.

  • Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date vehicle, personal, and payment information.

4. Warranties and Care

  • Care Instructions: Following service (e.g., PPF installation), you must adhere to all post-installation care instructions (such as the 7-day curing period for PPF, requiring avoidance of washing or pressure washing near edges) to maintain the warranty.

  • Washing: Ongoing care requires hand washing only using a pH-neutral shampoo, avoiding harsh chemicals, automatic car washes, and pressure washing closer than 1 metre to the surface.

  • Claims: Any claims related to service damage or dissatisfaction must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion to be eligible for review.

5. Liability and Damages

  • Pre-Existing Condition: Studio Vettura is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration of the vehicle's surfaces, paintwork, or internal components.

  • Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim is generally limited to re-performing the service or issuing a refund of the service fee, except where prohibited by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Insurance: We maintain insurance coverage, including $500,000 for Property in our Care, Custody and Control (per vehicle).

6. Privacy and Governing Law

  • Privacy: We collect personal information (including contact details and service records) solely to provide and improve our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
